Important Deadlines and Information
Please note the following key deadlines to ensure timely accommodations for the current and upcoming terms:
Instructor Notification/Accommodation Letter
Instructor Notification Letters can be accessed through the student portal under the AIM Access tab.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Requests
- Spring 2025: Submit by February 15, 2025
- Fall 2025: Submit by July 30, 2025
Accommodation Letters/Faculty Notification
- Spring 2025 Term: Submit by April 18, 2025
- Note: Affiliation meetings must take place prior to the submission date to ensure timely processing.
Instructors to Send Requests for Finals to DRC Testing Center
- Request by April 21, 2025
Alternative Housing Request
- Students who are affiliated with the DRC and have completed their housing selection but find that it does not meet their needs must submit the Alternative Housing Request form. While submitting this form does not guarantee that alternative housing will be available, we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of all students.

This hands-on workshop provided a creative opportunity to explore sensory regulation strategies while fostering connections in a supportive environment. Participants had a blast creating personalized sensory jars, offering a fun and calming tool for everyday use. We’re so glad to have shared this experience with the UK community!

Dino-Magic: A Roar-some Sensory Adventure!
Dive into a world of sparkle and prehistoric fun with this DIY sensory jar, crafted by a creative student for our event! Inside, a swirling galaxy of glitter dances around tiny plastic dinosaurs, creating a calming sensory experience. Whether you’re shaking it up or watching the glitter settle, this jar is perfect for moments of relaxation or a bit of dino-inspired wonder.
